PIANO CIRCUS

Nicholas Keyworth

ABOUT

This piece is intended to introduce pianists to ensemble playing. Each of the six parts are differentiated in level from approximately Grade 1 to Grade 6. Ideally there should be 12 performers (two on each piano) – that’s 24 hands! The instruments should be placed in a circle or arc. Digital pianos are probably best for sight lines, but any combination of keyboard instruments can be used.
